  • At ‘Til T’morrow, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Please carefully review our policy on refunds, exchanges, and store credit for "ready-made" pieces:

    Refunds

    We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from ‘Til T’morrow.

    Exchanges & Store Credit

    If you are not completely satisfied with your "ready-made" gown or garment, we offer an exchange or a store credit note, provided the item meets the following conditions:

    • The garment must be returned in perfect, resellable condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

    • The item must be returned within 5 days of receipt.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be sent with a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

    Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

    To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the garment must be in original, unused condition and must be returned according to the guidelines above. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to process an exchange or store credit.

    Exchange Process

    Once we receive the returned garment, we will inspect its condition to confirm eligibility for an exchange or store credit. If approved, we will issue you an in-store credit note or process the exchange based on your preferences, subject to stock availability.

    Please note: Custom orders, Made-to-Measure, and Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

    Made to Measure Terms & Conditions

    When purchasing for a “made-to-order” piece, it is carefully crafted just for you, tailored to your unique measurements and height. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

    Once your deposit has been paid, your order is confirmed and production will begin. If you decide to cancel after submitting the deposit, the funds will be used to cover costs such as pattern creation, fabric costs, and other preliminary production steps. After your measurements are confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations as we will already be in the production phase.

    Please double-check your measurements before finalising your order, as we are unable to accommodate alterations or modifications once the garment is in production.

    If you have concerns about the measurements, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

    For all rush, priority, made-to-order, and custom-designed pieces, once your deposit is received and measurements are confirmed, production will begin immediately. At this stage, the order is non-refundable, and no credit notes can be issued.
